Occupational therapists play a huge role in the well-being of employees in nearly all workplaces across the UK. Occupational Therapist usually carry a caseload and work with employees of organisations, carers and other professionals to undertake timely individual assessments, produce care plans, review and monitor customers in the context of local guidance, policies, resources and government legislation and work with and/or direct service users to other appropriate services.
